Rooted in Faith. Created with Purpose.

What If We Returned to the Beginning?

Have you ever stopped to think about how much thought God put into creating us? Our bodies, our skin, and even the plants that grow from the earth?

I think about it all the time.

Genesis 1:29 tells us that God gave us seed-bearing plants and fruit-bearing trees for nourishment. Long before there were skincare laboratories, beauty trends, or complicated routines, God had already filled the earth with incredible ingredients.

And when you consider that our skin is the largest organ of our body, doesn't it make sense to be just as intentional about what we put on it as what we put into our bodies?

That's the heart behind In The Beginning Skincare.

Feed the Skin God Designed.

Your Skin Is Wonderfully Designed

Here's something fascinating about our skin. It isn't simply a covering for our bodies. It's a living, protective organ with its own barrier, natural oils, and immune defenses.

God really thought of everything!

Our skin has an incredible ability to protect itself, retain moisture, and respond to its environment. But the ingredients we use matter, and not every product agrees with every person's skin.

That's why I love exploring the beneficial properties of ingredients from God's creation.

Think about jojoba, whose wax esters resemble components of our skin's natural oils. Or aloe vera, with its moisture-binding compounds. Even honey contains natural sugars that help attract moisture.

These ingredients inspire us to formulate skincare that works with the skin's natural functions, helping it feel soft, nourished, and comfortable.

To me, that's part of returning to God's Great Design. Understanding how beautifully our bodies were created and choosing ingredients with intention.

Simple Ingredients. Intentional Skincare. The Way God Made It.

Caring for the Temple, Inside and Out

Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit.

And I believe that caring for the temple means looking beyond our spiritual health alone.

What we eat, how we move, how we rest, and how we care for our skin are all part of being intentional with the bodies God entrusted to us.

That's why our approach to skincare is simple: thoughtfully chosen ingredients, uncomplicated routines, and an appreciation for God's creation.

The same earth that provides so many foods to nourish our bodies also provides incredible ingredients we can use to care for our skin.

And isn't that beautiful?

Created with the Whole Family in Mind

Gentle Care. God-Given Ingredients. Made with Love.

You know what makes me smile? Those little everyday moments with my family. As a mother, I've become more intentional about everything I bring into our home, from the foods we eat to the products we put on our skin.

And I wanted skincare that reflected that same care.

That's part of why I created In The Beginning Skincare. I wanted simple, gentle formulations inspired by ingredients God created, products that nourish the skin without making skincare complicated. From moisture-loving honey and soothing aloe to beautifully conditioning botanical oils, every ingredient is chosen with purpose.

I especially love sharing those little skincare moments with my daughter. It's more than washing her face. It's an opportunity to teach her to appreciate the skin God gave her and the importance of caring for her body.

God really thought of everything. And we believe caring for His creation should begin at home.

More Than Skincare. A Reflection of Our Faith.

Have you ever wanted to purchase something as simple as skincare, only to discover the brand incorporates crystals, spiritual rituals, energy practices, or beliefs that don't align with your faith?

I understand that feeling.

And I believe God's children deserve to have choices that reflect what they believe without having to compromise.

In The Beginning was created to provide that choice.

Our foundation is the Word of God. We believe in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and that through Him we receive forgiveness and the gift of eternal life.

For us, faith isn't about performing religion or checking off a list of religious activities. It's about belonging to the Kingdom of God, building a genuine relationship with our Creator, and allowing His Word to guide how we live.

And that includes the seemingly little things, like how we care for our skin.

We don't incorporate spiritual rituals, crystals, or energy practices into our skincare philosophy. We simply celebrate the ingredients God created and the incredible design of the bodies He gave us.

Scripture and Skincare. Faith and Everyday Life. Keep God in Everything.

The Way God Made It.

In The Beginning Skincare is an invitation to return to simplicity, appreciate God's creation, and make room for Him in the everyday moments of life.

Because taking care of your skin is more than a beauty routine. It's another opportunity to appreciate the body God designed.

And when God is part of everything, even the simplest moments become meaningful.

Keep God in Everything.
